Special Feature

At the Chocolate Jungle, we are committed to helping find a solution for the tree disease that has plagued Ecuador for years.

We investigate and grow upon the studies that have shown that fungi can help with plant disease and give nutritional value to soil, in turn enhancing the cacao trees and soil in their own way.

Chocolate

“A chocolate with a balanced taste (…) Sweetness, saltness, bitterness and sourness (…) In Ecuador, chocolate beans are grown together with bananas and citrus fruits. It tastes good together with a mild red wine…”
- Lars Tufvesson.
